His specialty lies in delivering a fine dining experience with traditional Italian dishes prepared with precision, sourcing premium ingredients, and designing memorable gourmet dining experiences with wine pairings. As a certified sommelier and former restaurant owner, he’s responsible for overall operations, wine programming, and service excellence.

Maria is a professionally trained chef with extensive experience in both savory and pastry cuisines, specializing in Italian cuisine. She served as an executive chef at Da Gino Wettstetten in Germany and as a pastry chef at a country club, where she created exquisite plated desserts, event cakes, and seasonal dishes for upscale clients. Currently, at Armando Fine Dining, Maria leads the dessert program and contributes to the menu development, ensuring a fine dining experience that blends creativity and elegance to enhance the gourmet dining atmosphere.
